Adding items to orders after they’ve been placed is not possible. Nevertheless, you can easily resolve this by creating a new order to include the missing item.

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item upon delivery, please promptly reach out to our Online Customer Service Department via email at you@doggycatyhome.com. We kindly request that you contact us before initiating the return process so that we can provide guidance on return shipping costs. Should you ship the item back to us without prior contact, please note that you will be responsible for covering all return shipping charges.

Once you’ve successfully placed an order, you will promptly receive an initial email confirmation. This email will detail the total amount of your order, including any shipping fees, applied promotions, relevant taxes, and the overall order total. As your order gets processed and shipped, you will receive a subsequent confirmation email.

Please be aware that your order might be split into multiple shipments for expedited delivery. If this occurs, you will receive individual shipment notifications to keep you informed about the status of each part of your order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an update email with the tracking number that will enable you to track your order online.
